IBN Lokmat journalist Dinesh Keluskar has been detained by the Karnataka police for reporting on President Pranab Mukherjee's visit to Belgaum. The President is in Karnataka to inaugurate the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha, a Rs 400-crore second legislature complex, amid objections by some political parties in Maharashtra citing the boundary dispute between Karnataka and its neighbouring state.
