Our Delhi sources tell us that political circles in the capital are agog with speculation that Mamata Banerjee is in touch with four regional parties who have a strength of 25 MPs. Mamata's prime intension is to topple the UPA2 in the winter session and insiders in the TMC privately say that Mamata has come up with an action plan that will create havoc during the winter session.
