Buzz in the power corridors of Delhi suggest that three senior Union ministers are going to express their reservations in the Cabinet meeting on Thursday about the proposed Enforcer Board to clear big projects, which will be discussed at the meeting.

Interestingly, the three ministers will meet over dinner on Wednesday -- to strategise their stand -- to give a political interpretation to their opposition to the new ministerial body.
