Suspended Indian Police Service officer Sanjiv Bhatt's wife Shweta will contest elections against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.  

She will contest on a Congress ticket from Maninagar, Ahmedabad.

Shweta will file her nomination at noon today.
