The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 2.30 pm.  Dr EMS Natchiappan who was in the chair, tried to brave on, but his pleas for silence go unheard. The RS was adjourned over the SC/ST quota bill. The Select committee report on Lokpal Bill has however been tabled in the RS.
