The Hindustan Times's Dharmendra Jore lists the BJP-Sena state government's achievements when it was in power during 1995 and 1999, which he attributes to Mr Thackeray who was the famous 'remote control' for Sena chief ministers Manohar Joshi and Narayan Rane.
