Vladmir Putin is apparently upset with New Delhi. The Russian leader, who restored parity in tne India-Russia relationship after the decline of the Yeltsin years, had postponed his annual trip to Delhi citing a back injury.Now Archis Mohan reports in The Telegraph that New Delhi is inviting Putin to spend Christmas in Goa (where incidentally many Russians have set up home) before flying down to the Indian capital for talks.
