In other news, finance minister P Chidambaram who is addressing the GoM news conference says the UPA was reaching out to political parties to seek support for the passage of bills in the winter session of Parliament. "The Indian economy growing at 5.5 per cent and the government is taking steps to revive the economy and we expect growth will be better in the third and fourth quarters of the current fiscal.  

"The forthcoming winter session of Parliament will have a heavy legislative agenda," said Chidambaram.
