Uddhav Thackeray is expected to address the media shortly. Raj Thackeray and his family are still at Matoshree. Uddhav last spoke to Shiv Sainiks at 2 am and said Thackeray has "strong will power and will come out of this." Thackeray's condition has been described as extremely critical since Wednesday night.
