Information & Broadcasting minister Manish Tewari says Nitin Gadkari has to apologise for his comments comparing Swami Vivekananda's IQ with that of Dawood Ibrahim. Says Tewari, "What if we compare Gadkari's IQ with Kasab's?"
Ajmal Kasab is the sole surviving Pakistani terrorist, one of the 10 men responsible for the November 26, 2008 carnage in Mumbai that saw 166 dead. 

Gadkari has of course said that he was misquoted.
