Just in: The Supreme Court dismisses a petition seeking action against Anna Hazare and team members for dishonouring national flag during their agitation. A case was filed in a Bihar court in August 2011 against social activists Anna Hazareand Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly insulting the national flag during a television commercial.

The case was filed in the court of chief judicial magistrate in Muzaffarpur by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha. In his complaint, Ojha said that the duo insulted the national flag by hoisted it during a TV channel's commercial programme on August 12.
