Another piece of news from Delhi is that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is set to meet the PM today. She said yesterday that she wanted to discuss a three-year moratorium on payment of interest on central loans worth crores for her debt-ridden state, which she says is a legacy of the Left front government.   Yesterday, after meeting Congress president Sonia Gandhi over the presidential candidate, she joked, "I am the candidate."
