Tender coconut water is to be the official drink of Kerala. Announcing this while presenting the annual budget for 2012-13 in the State Assembly on Monday, Finance Minister KM Mani said that the government also proposes to implement an integrated coconut development project with assistance from the Coconut Development Board.
