Our Delhi correspondent tells us that Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's reply at 5 pm on the motion of thanks to the President's address to the joint session of Parliament will now be held at 12 pm on Monday. Insiders say this shift is primarily due to track two level discussions with Trinamool's Mamta Banerjee.
