AP by-polls: Cong ahead in 4 seats

Counting of votes began for the crucial Andhra Pradesh by-polls, held in one Lok Sabha and 18 assembly constituencies, on Friday.
The first trends are expected to be available at 11 am and the picture is expected to be clear by 2 pm.
