Dr Singh NOT in race for Prez post: PMO

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is not in the race for the President's post, according to sources in the PMO.
They were reacting to SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee's shocker earlier in the day, when they had proposed Dr Singh's name for the top post.
