The Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (BSDMA) has directed all the District Disaster Management Authorities (DDMAs) in the state to take out Chetna Rath at block and panchayat level to create awareness about flood safety, disaster preparedness and risk management under the 'Observe Flood Safety Week' programme in the state from June 1.
