A seminar organised by the editors guild at the India International Centre, Delhi on the challenges before media has law minister Salman Khurshid saying that this government does not understand social media. Khurshid says consultations on internet censorship is being carried out by telecom minister Kapil Sibal and stakeholders seem to be responsive and guidelines are also being formed.
