Shanti Bhushan says he will file a writ petition in the HC court over the issue.

Last year, the Bhushans were in the news, when his son Prashant Bhushan gained his share of 'infamy' and was beaten up for reportedly saying that the Kashmiri people should be given 'azadi' if they don't want to live with India. He had also reportedly recommended the withdrawal of Indian army from Kashmir.

Prashant Bhushan is also a key member of Team Anna and part of the Lokpal draft committee.
