BJP president Nitin Gadkari today said Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is the party's choice as PM candidate in the 2014 elections. He also said he had requested Modi to campaign in UP. He however, remained non-committal about why the Gujarat CM hasn't campaigned as yet.

Gadkari also said Modi remained the party's favourite PM candidate irrespective of the cases against him.
