Commerce Minister Anand Sharma said that Foreign Direct Investment in multi-brand retail is now a reality, the law of the land; and the government will look to build consensus on the pension and insurance bills next.

Speaking to CNBC-TV18 executive editor Shereen Bhan, Sharma added that the Opposition was graceless in its defeat.
