There seems to be no let up in the "harassment' of Kashmiri students studying outside Jammu and Kashmir. In a fresh instance, the Kashmiri students undergoing studies at the Panchkula Engineering College in Haryana have allegedly been beaten to pulp by fellow colleagues for 'being Kashmiris'.
