Sahara properties can be seized if Rs 17400 cr is not refunded

Sahara will have to give the list of investors to the Supreme Court in 10 days and has appointed retired apex court judge Justice B N Aggarwal to oversee the probe by SEBI against the two Sahara companies. Sahara had raised the money through Optionally fully convertible debentures (OFCD). The SC has also ruled that if Sahara does not pay the money, their assets can be frozen and seized.
