Four-low intensity blasts in Pune and one injured, confirmed newly appointed Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde.  

"I had to visit Pune for a function at 6 pm. Blasts occurred between 7.27 pm and 8.15 pm. I cannot confirm it was a terror attack. The incident needs to be investigated," he said.
