In Parliament, Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde walked up to Mayawati  inside the Rajya Sabha just before the Chairman arrived and spent a little over 10 minutes talking to her. The tete a tete was watched with rapt attention by the Treasury as well as the Opposition benches.
