Our sources in Delhi tell us that former UP CM Mayawati was given 15 minutes to speak on the SC/ST reservations issue in the Rajya Sabha today. A special consideration was shown to the BSP leader as SC Mishra,  the deputy leader of the BSP wanted the chairman to give special permission for Mayawati to be heard.
