Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi has been named in a US government report on people trafficking for his alleged relationship with a minor girl.  
The 75-year-old politician is accused of having sexual relations with belly dancer Karima El Mahroug at one of the evenings he hosted at his lavish villa when she was just 17 years old.
