The bail hearing of DMK MP Kanimozhi is on at the special trial court for her alleged role in the 2G spectrum scam. The CBI reportedly is unlikely to oppose the bail plea since the chargesheet in the case has already been filed against the 17 accused and the tampering of evidence is less likely.
