Just in: The case against filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar for allegedly raping starlet Preeti Jain will come up for hearing on December 5. A Mumbai court had issued summons to the National Award winning director in the 2004 rape case filed against him by the aspiring actress. Bhandarkar wants the case against him quashed and had moved the Bombay High Court in this regard.
